Family policies are important to any family business they govern the relationship between the family and the business.

Join the New York Family Business Center and David P. Ransburg, Jr., MBA & MA to learn about processes that family members can engage in to create policies before the What If Questions come up.

· What if my brother thinks my nephew should be promoted and I don’t?

· What if  my cousin gives his wife company stock and they divorce?

· What if I want to be on the Board of Directors?

· What if you have to fire a family member?

· What if a family member wants a job?
